Jeff Siegel has worked for various companies in a controllership and CFO capacity. In those roles, he obtained capital, helped negotiate a merger and acquisition for a national medical company, implemented accounting systems, managed accounting departments of various sizes and successfully negotiated the sale of a business to a worldwide financial services firm.
He has advised many small and medium sized companies, and has installed new financial reporting systems, analyzed forecasts, managed financial personnel, and assisted in capital fundraising.
From 1988 to 1993, Jeff worked for two multinational accounting firms - Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen in Senior Audit roles, both in Boston and San Jose, primarily in the their high technology groups. Jeff is a graduate of Northeastern University and was licensed as a public accountant in 1991. He is versed in numerous financial software applications and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
